You have to show grit by completing the holiday challenges and earning this camo. The objective is clear: to win the Infestation sprite, you need to survive the Listkeeper Challenge. This guide will help you unlock the Infestation in Black Ops 7 camo step-by step with tactical advice at every step. Remember to stay sharp, use tools, and always remember that "Naughty or Nice" can mean the difference between life and death.

BO7 Zombies Guide #8211; Mission Preparation #8211; Loadout & Field Gear
Before deployment, make sure you have a loadout designed for survival and to complete challenge objectives. Prepare yourself whether you play solo or cooperatively. Here is an arsenal that's recommended for both solo operatives or fireteams.

Carry a Self-Revive Kit (if alone, a Self-Revive Kit will be your lifeline). Self-Revive Kits can be found or made for each team member in co-op. This will allow a downed player to recover if they are not able reach him. Stimshots are also useful for a quick healing when you're sprinting through fires between enemies or taking on a boss.
After you have been outfitted, we can move on to the mission itself. Be prepared to adjust your plan if necessary.
Step-byStep Walkthrough "Listkeeper" challenge
Listkeeper Challenge is at the heart of Christmas Zombies. It's a deadly series of tests that are set up by some "holiday elves" who test the nice vs. the naughty. This gauntlet will earn you the coveted event trophies (such Mutilate and Infestation). Here's a tactical walkthrough both for solo play and co-op.
Objective 1 : Ignite Beacon Fires and Warm the Map
You'll notice that the map has been engulfed by a freezing winter chill. It's your first job to ignite a series or beacon fires surrounding the starting area. Sprint over to each brazier that is marked, and ignite it. There are multiple (reports indicate three) fire spots - strike them quickly. Tip: Start this as soon as possible before the rounds start. You only have seconds to ignite all of them in solo. Co-op groups can split up to each light a separate fire. Once the fires all burn, the deep frost subsides ("the frost retreats") so that the challenge can continue.
This is a simple task, but crucial to the rest of your event. You'll avoid freezing to death outside and be able complete the subsequent trials. Here, there is no camo yet. Just a pat from the mysterious Listkeeper. Be on the lookout for a confirmation prompt or audio. You know you've done it when you hear about the frost melting. Move on.
Objective 2: Prove your Loyalty -- Pack-aPunch Upgrade
Listkeeper is now testing your loyalty. Simply put: Apply an Ammo Mod on your weapon. Upgrade its rarity. You have to invest fully in one weapon. You must quickly gather 5,000 essence (points) in order to Pack-aPunch. This special mode is activated immediately, even if you haven't turned on the power. After PAP attach an ammunition mod (e.g. Salvage is an excellent default.
When your weapon is upgraded, modded and Pack-a Punched, you will get a "complete" cue. Your loyalty was noted. Your loyalty is recognized." This means that the Listkeeper recognizes your commitment to powering up. Moonstone Camo Unlocked. Players have reported unlocking this "endgame level" camo. Enjoy the beautiful Moonstone Camo on your weapon. This is proof that you're on track.
Tactical Tip: In this step, maximize the points you gain by killing zombies quickly (body shots to earn more per kill or melee if it is possible). When playing co-op together, you can pool resources. One player could train zombies for a quick 5000 Essence, while the other gets kills. All players are required to PAP a weapon at some point for survival. But, usually only one person is required to fulfill the challenge. Make sure that every team member packs-a punches his or her weapon as soon as they are able to do so. Later rounds will require more firepower.
Now that you have your upgraded weapon in hand, it's time to move on. Keep the weapon near you - it will be used a lot.
BO7 Zombies Guide: Objective 3: Free Frozen Dead and Destroy Snowmen
This cryptic figure points to the snowmen scattered on the map. These aren#8217;t decorations. They encapsulate zombies in ice. It's your job to destroy the 10 snowmen which contain zombies. If you smash a frozen snowman, a zombie will "spawn" and you will likely need to kill it. Repeat this process ten times.
Navigation: Snowmen are often hidden in corners, outdoor areas and even outdoors. To cover more territory, the team should move slowly and methodically through the map's open areas. Listen for sounds like zombie moans, or ice crackling. To find them solo, you can loop around the map in between rounds, keeping a zombie alive.
The final snowman will be destroyed and you'll get a message similar to, "You brought relief, even your frozen enemies felt gratitude." It means that all the required snowmen were destroyed. If you're lucky, the last few snowmen might drop some loot for mid-game or powerups. In addition, you have demonstrated your compassion by releasing these frozen zombies.
In the intel no specific camo was mentioned, but it's a requirement to continue the quest. It's possible that this will contribute to a later camo, or reward. Keep moving forward.
Survival tip : Watch your temperature when hunting for snowmen. If the map you are using has a frostbite meter, then try to stay near sources of heat (such as the barrels or beacon fires that were lit). It is possible to get colder if your wanderings are prolonged. One operator stated, "I look like an icicle." You don't want to be like that. If your screen is starting to frost, go to a fireplace to warm it up. When playing co-op with a friend, you can cover each other. One player will keep the zombies busy and another will shoot at snowman targets. |
